Cmoremap, Terms of Service
Cmoremap welcomes you. Cmoremap provides its service to you subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. In addition, when using particular Cmoremap owned or operated services, you and Cmoremap shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. Cmoremap may also offer other service that are governed by different Terms of Service.

Description of Service

Cmoremap provides users with access to a rich collection of resources, including various communication moremap, blogs, search services, personalized content and branded programming through its network of properties.
Member Account, Password and Security
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Service’s registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify Cmoremap of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security and ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Cmoremap can not and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
Links
The Service may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because Cmoremap has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Cmoremap is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Cmoremap shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
Dealings with Advertisers
Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that Cmoremap shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Service.
Member Conduct
You understand that all information, account, password, data, text, photos, messages, tags or other contents, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted. This means that you and not Cmoremap, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. Cmoremap does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable.
Under no circumstances will Cmoremap be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.  You understand that through your use of the Service you consent to the collection and use of this information, including the transfer of this information to the other countries for storage, processing and use by Cmoremap and its affiliates.
You agree to not use the Service to:

1. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
2. harm minors in any way;
3. forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service;
4. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
5. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;
6. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as shopping) that are designated for such purpose
7. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
8. disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the Service are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges;
9. interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
10. intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.
11. "stalk" or otherwise harass another; and/or
12. collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth in paragraphs a through m above.

You acknowledge that Cmoremap may or may not pre-screen content, but that Cmoremap and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or remove any content that is available via the service. Without limiting the foregoing, Cmoremap and its designees shall have the right to remove any content that violateds the Terms of Services or it otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any content created by Cmoremap ore submitted to Cmoremap including without limitation information in Cmoremap discussion and in all other parts of the Service.
You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the service, including your content, may involve a. transmissions over various networks and b. changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
Cmoremap’s Proprietary Rights
You acknowledge and agree that the service and any necessary software used in connection with the service contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further acknowledge and agree that content contained in sponsor advertisements or information presented to you through the service or by advertisers is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly permitted by applicable law or authorized by Cmoremap or advertisers, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the service or the software, in whole or in part. Cmoremap grants you a personal, non-transferable and non=exclusive right and license to use the object code of its software on a single computer; provided that you do not and do not allow any third part to copy, modify, create a derivative work from, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source form, nor to use modified versions of the software, including (without limitation) for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to the service. You agree not to access the service by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Cmoremap for use in accessing the service.
Content licence from you
You retain copyright and any other rights you already hold in Content which you submit, post or display on or through, the Services. By submitting, posting or displaying the content you give Cmoremap a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive licence to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any Content which you submit, post or display on or through, the Services. This licence is for the sole purpose of enabling Cmoremap to display, distribute and promote the Services and may be revoked for certain Services as defined in the Additional Terms of those Services.
You agree that this licence includes a right for Cmoremap to make such Content available to other companies, organizations or individuals with whom Cmoremap has relationships for the provision of syndicated services, and to use such Content in connection with the provision of those services.
You understand that Cmoremap, in performing the required technical steps to provide the Services to our users, may (a) transmit or distribute your Content over various public networks and in various media; and (b) make such changes to your Content as are necessary to conform and adapt that Content to the technical requirements of connecting networks, devices, services or media. You agree that this licence shall permit Cmoremap to take these actions.
You confirm and warrant to Cmoremap that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the above licence.

Software updates
The Software which you use may automatically download and install updates from time to time from Cmoremap. These updates are designed to improve, enhance and further develop the Services and may take the form of bug fixes, enhanced functions, new software modules and completely new versions. You agree to receive such updates (and permit Cmoremap to deliver these to you) as part of your use of the Services.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries
You agree that, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Term of Services, there shall be no third-party beneficiaries to this agreement.
Ending your relationship with Cmoremap
The Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or Google as set out below.
If you want to terminate your legal agreement with Google, you may do so by (a) notifying Cmoremap at any time and (b) closing your accounts for all of the Services which you use, where Cmoremap has made this option available to you. Your notice should be sent, in writing, to Cmoremap’s address which is set out at the beginning of these Terms.
Cmoremap may at any time, terminate its legal agreement with you if:
a. You have breached any provision of the Terms (or have acted in manner which clearly shows that you do not intend to, or are unable to comply with the provisions of the Terms); or
b. Cmoremap is required to do so by law (for example, where the provision of the Services to you is, or becomes, unlawful); or
c. The partner with whom Cmoremap offered the Services to you has terminated its relationship with Cmoremap or ceased to offer the Services to you; or
d. Cmoremap is transitioning to no longer providing the Services to users in the country in which you are resident or from which you use the service; or
